Part-time receptionist

Consano Pelvic Health Centre in Guildford is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our professional team.  Consano is a unique private practice specialising in women’s, men’s and children’s pelvic health physiotherapy.  The ideal applicant for this position will show initiative, exhibit quality service skills, and have a high proficiency in reception and office administration.

About the role:

Duties will include being great with people when answering telephone enquiries, efficiency in scheduling appointments, managing physiotherapist schedules, invoicing and facilitating exceptional workflow within our centre.  This is a part-time role, including Saturdays.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in medical/allied health reception – be ready to hit the ground running
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understand how important our clients are to us
• Tech savvy:
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience and skills
  • Proficient with use of social media
  • Skilled in document creation including Canva
•  Possess excellent organisational skills, be proactive and demonstrate attention to detail
•  Be open and interested in learning
•  Strong work ethic – we are a small team working together to provide an excellent service
