We provide a range of classes to help address our patients’ issues. Our classes are conducted by our pelvic health physiotherapists and are specific to the needs of each group. Please call our friendly team for more information and to book in for our classes. Private Health rebates do apply.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Aqua
- For mums during their pregnancy and postnatal journey
- Weekly 60 min sessions year-round at Bayswater Waves
- Tuesday evenings

Enjoy a little ‘you time’ and connect to your body
- Requires prior individual assessment with a pelvic health physiotherapist
Mums and Bubs Aqua
- For mums and babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months
- Weekly sessions (25mins babies, 45mins mums) year-round in a beautiful warm pool at Ellenbrook State Swim
- Friday mornings
- Suitable for mums who want to get out, get fit, reconnect with their body after pregnancy – including their pelvic floor; also for mums with back, wrist, abdominal and/or pelvic pain
- Suitable for pre-term babies – Please call to chat with our friendly team if you have any concerns
- Prior individual assessment with one of our pelvic health physiotherapists is recommended
In My Body - Women
- For women with pelvic health issues such as urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, pelvic organ prolapse
- Weekly 60min sessions run year round, Tuesday mornings (Midland) and Thursday evenings (Guildford); Tuesday class requires BYO fit ball; max numbers for each class so please call to book in
- Suitable for women wanting to connect with their body and learn new ways to move and strengthen
- Mat-based class
- Requires prior individual assessment with one of our pelvic health physiotherapists
Men's Movement
- For men who would like to get moving, experiencing stiffness and pain and/or would benefit from strengthening their body with a mixture of cardio, resistance, flexibility and pelvic floor work
- Weekly 60min sessions run year round in our onsite movement studio, using mat based exercises
- Wednesday mornings
- Suitable for men wanting to connect with their body and learn new ways to move and strengthen
- Requires prior individual assessment with one of our pelvic health physiotherapists
Pelvic Heal
- For women experiencing persistent pelvic pain, for example endometriosis, bladder pain, coccyx pain, pelvic floor pain, vulvodynia
- Weekly 60min sessions over a 5 week period in our onsite movement studio
- Suitable for women wanting to better understand, connect with and move their body on the pathway to pelvic healing
- Reflective sessions incorporating up-to-date pain science with guided movement
- Requires prior individual assessment with one of our pelvic health physiotherapists
- Max 4 participants per session
Pregnancy Remedy
- For women at any stage of pregnancy
- Weekly 60min pilates sessions in our onsite movement studio, using mat-based and reformer exercises
- Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
- Requires prior individual assessment with one of our pelvic health physiotherapists
- Suitable for pregnant women who want to maintain and improve their strength and flexibility, as well as manage discomforts of pregnancy such as lower back pain, buttock pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction and urinary incontinence
- Our classes support women to rest and connect with their baby as they move towards birth
- Max 4 participants per session.
Postnatal Restore
- For postnatal mums in the first year after having a baby
- Weekly 60min pilates sessions in our onsite movement studio, using mat-based and reformer exercises
- Saturday mornings
- Suitable for postnatal women who want to restore their core, including pelvic floor muscles; also to re-build fitness, strength and flexibility after birth
- Suitable for postnatal women with pain, bladder and bowel problems, muscle separation and/or weakness
- Requires prior individual assessment with a pelvic health physiotherapist
- Max 4 participants
Clinical Pilates
- For women and men at any age and stage
- Pain, stiffness, injuries, deconditioning, pelvic floor issues.. our Clinical Pilates sessions are tailored to your needs
- Post-op hysterectomy, laparoscopy, prostatectomy, stoma – our pelvic health expertise can help you rehabilitate and restore your core
- Weekday and Saturday sessions available
- Requires prior individual assessment with our Pilates physiotherapist
- Max 4 participants to enable us to give you individual feedback and support
